摘要
受温度湿度、电压波动、设备干扰等因素影响,导致汽车电气系统频频出现发动机、启动机、蓄电池等故障问题,对汽车电气系统安全稳定运行构成极大威胁,加强汽车电气系统故障诊断及检修工作研究也显得十分有必要,不仅可以有效把握汽车电气系统故障问题发生的真实原因,还能降低汽车运行风险和保证汽车运行安全可靠。本文联系汽车电气系统基本概述,对汽车电气系统常见故障及引发原因进行细致分析,并尝试从汽车电气系统故障诊断方法和电气系统有效维修措施两方面入手,提出几点行之有效故障诊断及检修工作开展策略,以供参考。
Affected by factors such as temperature and humidity,voltage fluctuations,equipment interference,etc.,the automotive electrical system frequently appears engine,starter,battery and other fault problems,which poses a great threat to the safe and stable operation of the automotive electrical system,and it is also necessary to strengthen the research on the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the automotive electrical system,which can not only effectively grasp the real cause of the failure of the automotive electrical system,but also reduce the risk of automobile operation and ensure the safety and reliability of the automobile operation.This paper links the basic overview of the automotive electrical system,conducts a detailed analysis of the common faults and causes of the automotive electrical system,and tries to start from the two aspects of the fault diagnosis method of the automotive electrical system and the effective maintenance measures of the electrical system,and puts forward several effective fault diagnosis and maintenance work strategies for reference.
