摘要
随着电力市场改革的不断深入,燃气轮机因燃料价格相对于燃煤电厂较高,在电能量市场的竞争中存在劣势。新能源并网的大规模提升导致电网调峰调频的需求增加,调频性能较好的燃气轮机在调频市场中存在优势。然而随着煤电联合储能技术的应用以及调频性能更优的水电进入调频市场,燃气轮机在调频市场的竞争愈增激烈。为提升燃气轮机调频性能,分析快速变负荷技术对燃气轮机调频性能的影响和收益,提出快速变负荷提升调频性能的解决方案。珠三角某燃气轮机电厂的工程实践证明,快速变负荷技术大幅度提升机组调频性能,提高机组在调频服务市场的竞争力。
With the deepening of power market reform,gas turbine has disadvantages in the competition of electricity energy market due to the higher fuel price compared with coal-fired power plants.Large-scale grid-connected renewable energy leads to the increasing demand for grid load and frequency modulation,gas turbines with better frequency modulation proformance have advantages in frequency modulation market.However,with the application of coal joint energy storage technology and better water and electricity into the frequency modulation market,gas turbine competition in the frequency modulation market is becoming more and more intense.In order to promote gas turbine frequency modulation performance,analyze the impact and benefits of fast variable load technology applied to gas turbine frequency modulation performance,and put forward a solution of fast variable load to improve frequency modulation performance.The engineering practice of a gas turbine power plant in the Pearl River Delta has proved that the fast variable load technology can greatly improve the frequency modulation performance of the units and enhance the competitiveness of the units in the frequency modulation service market.
