摘要
本文以寒冷地区典型城市北京为对象,针对冬季集中供暖时期住宅建筑频发的过热现象,探究供暖前后不同室内热环境下的人体热舒适规律。本次调研共对32户住宅开展了连续14 d的现场测量和问卷调查,共计回收有效问卷448份。结果显示:供暖前室内环境温度偏低,居民热感觉偏冷,对于相同室温,供暖后可接受度和满意率比例明显高于供暖前,对偏冷热环境的接受度也更高;供暖后并不是室温越高可接受率越高,室温在20~24℃之间时可接受率均接近90%,当室内过热(>24℃)时,可接受率明显下降;具有偏冷热经历的人群对供暖后的室内热环境满意度明显更高;此外,调研结果表明集中供暖后室内温度明显提升,约25%的住户室内温度高于24℃,同时居民着衣量显著低于供暖前。
In response to the frequent overheating incidents in centrally heated houses during the heating season,this paper took Beijing,a typical city located in cold climate zone to study human thermal comfort rules in different residential environments before and during heating.A 14-consecutive-day on-site measurement and large-scale questionnaires were carried out in 32 households,and a total of 448 valid questionnaires were collected.The results show that the indoor temperature before heating was relatively low and the residences tend to feel colder.But for the same indoor air temperature,the ratio of acceptability and satisfaction during heating was significantly higher than that before heating,and acceptable range of thermal sensation vote was wider.After heating,the higher air temperature does not equal to higher acceptance rate.The acceptance rate was close to 90%when indoor air temperature fell in the range of 20~24℃.However,it began to drop down when the air temperature was above 24℃.Residents who have experienced a colder environment generally have a higher thermal evaluation of the indoor environment during heating.Especially during heating,it was observed that interior air temperatures have been significantly raised.Consequently,approximately 25%of the measured data were above 24℃and residents’clothing insulation was significantly lower than that of before heating.
