摘要
住宅室内空气环境质量对居民的舒适与健康至关重要,且不同气候区的现状差异较大,综合评价方法尚未完全建立。本文以夏热冬冷地区的杭州为例,在较大样本量问卷调查中随机选取了17户城镇住宅,对其室内空气环境进行了调研现场测试。研究综合选取热湿环境、空气品质等主要参数指标,结合加权欧氏距离和CRITIC权重法,建立了室内空气环境质量综合评价模型,并计算得到各测试住户冬夏季节的空气环境质量综合评分值。结果表明:夏季得分普遍高于冬季,夏季室内综合环境质量要好于冬季。该研究以期为完善室内空气环境质量综合评价方法及营造策略提供科学参考。
The residential indoor air environmental quality is essential to the residents’comfort and health,and the status quo of different climate zones vary greatly,and a comprehensive evaluation method has not been fully established.Based on a large sample questionnaire survey,this study randomly selected 17 urban residences in Hangzhou as the case study objects,and conducted field tests on the indoor environment.This study comprehensively selected the main parameters of thermal and humid environment and air quality,and used the weighted Euclidean distance and CRITIC weighting method to establish an indoor air environmental quality(IEQ)comprehensive evaluation model,and calculate the comprehensive IEQ score value of each tested residence in winter and summer.The results show that the scores are generally higher in summer than that in winter,and the comprehensive indoor environmental quality in summer is better than that in winter.The research aims to provide a scientific reference for improving the comprehensive evaluation method of indoor air environmental quality and construction strategies.
