摘要
天然气发动机在冷启动或者处于暖机过程时,发动机的排气温度通常会比较低,三元催化剂会处于比较低的反应效率。为了让三元催化剂尽快的高效工作,需要对三元催化剂进行热管理,尽快的把排温提升上去。本文通过调整喷射执行顺序的方法来改变混合气的混合,快速提升排温。实验结果表明,该方法可以起到提高排温的作用。
Gas engine during cold start or in the warm-up,the engine's exhaust temperature is usually low,three way catalyst is low in efficiency.In order to let the three way catalyst efficient work as soon as possible,need to thermal management of three way catalyst,the exhaust temperature up as soon as possible.In this paper,by adjusting the injection method of execution order to change the mixer mixture,rapidly increasing temperature.The experimental results show that the method can improve the exhaust temperature.
