摘要
2021年5月于珠海采集34枚野生长肋日月贝(Amusium pleuronectes),测定其壳长、壳宽、壳高、湿质量、软体部质量、壳质量、闭壳肌质量和性腺质量,利用相关性分析、通径分析以及多元回归分析,探究其表型3个形态性状对体质量的影响。在此基础上,将结果与已发表的广西北海、海南儋州、陵水、三亚以及琼海5个群体的长肋日月贝的参数进行对比。结果表明:珠海湾长肋日月贝除性腺质量外,湿质量、软体部质量、闭壳肌质量以及壳质量的复相关系数分别为0.956,0.945,0.856和0.878,均大于0.85,说明选取的3个形态性状(壳长、壳宽、壳高)是影响体质量的主要性状。逐步回归分析结果显示,对珠海长肋日月贝质量有影响的主要性状是壳长和壳宽,其中壳长直接影响性腺质量,与广西北海群体结果一致,壳宽影响湿质量、软体部质量、闭壳肌质量、壳质量,与其他群体结果不同。提出,珠海长肋日月贝以体质量为选育目标进行良种选育时,应关注壳宽,同时加强对壳长的协同选择,进而提高育种效率。
In May 2021, 34 wild pecten Amusium pleuronectes were collected from Zhuhai. Shell length,shell width, shell height, wet weight, soft body weight, shell weight, adductor muscle weight and gonad weight were measured. Correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to investigated the influence of the phenotypic morphological traits on body mass. Further more, the results were compared with the published data of Beihai, Danzhou, Lingshui, Sanya and Qionghai populations. The results showed that the multiple correlation coefficients of wet weight, soft body weight, adductor muscle weight, and shell weight were 0.956,0.945, 0.856 and 0.878, respectively, in addition to the gonad weight, which were all greater than 0.85, indicating that the selected Three morphological traits were the main traits affecting body mass. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the main characters that affected the quality of Amusium pleuronectes from Zhuhai were shell length and shell width. The shell length directly affects the gonad quality, which is consistent with the results of the Beihai population. The test results showed that the shell width should be of great concern for the breeding of superior varieties with body mass as the breeding goal and the synergistic selection of shell length should be strengthened at the same time, thereby improving the breeding efficiency.
