厦门翔安体育交流中心大跨重型楼屋面设计

摘要 简要介绍了厦门翔安体育交流中心的结构设计及游泳馆顶大跨度楼盖设计,重点介绍了跨度为63m×72m的篮球馆重载屋面设计,该种植屋面恒荷载约为普通轻质钢屋面荷载的10倍,采用6种结构方案进行选型对比,提出了一种新型预应力拱形钢桁架结构,该桁架的几何构造完全基于结构的内力分布特征,具有安全、经济、美观的特点。针对大跨重载屋面在恒载作用下产生较大水平支座反力的问题,采用了施工阶段和使用阶段不同类型的支座约束条件,释放了大部分水平力,优化了下部结构的设计。此外,还研究了重要节点如支座节点和预应力拉索张拉端节点的构造,进行了有限元分析;对该项目进行了上下部结构整体协同分析,并有针对性的采取了加强措施。 The structural design of Xiamen Xiang’an Sports Exchange Center and the design of large-span roof of the swimming pool were briefly introduced, focusing on the design of heavy-duty roof of basketball hall with the span of 63 m×72 m, the constant load of this planted roof is about 10 times of the load of ordinary light weight steel roof, six structural solutions were used for selection and comparison, and a new type of prestressed arch steel truss structure was proposed. The geometric structure of the truss is completely based on the internal force distribution characteristics of the structure, which is safe, economical and beautiful. For the problem of large-span heavy-duty roofs generating large horizontal bearing reactions under constant load, different types of bearing constraints in the construction and use phases were used to release most of the horizontal forces and optimize the design of the substructure. In addition, the construction of important nodes such as bearing nodes and prestressing cable tension end nodes were studied and finite element analysis was carried out;the overall synergistic analysis of the upper and lower structure was carried out for the project and targeted strengthening measures were taken.
