摘要
目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病采取CT影像结合肺功能两种方式对患者疾病情况进行检测评估,观察CT影像结合肺功能的检测评估方式对于此种疾病的临床价值。方法采取不可计数的方式选取甘肃省武威市中医医院放射科在2017年1月-2019年12月所检查的189例患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者视为观察组,选取同期检查的无慢性咳嗽病史的189例患者视为对照组。均进行CT影像结合肺功能检测评估,对比两组患者相关指标以及准确率。结果①对照组患者在肺功能相关方面的检查指标均优于观察组患者,存在统计学差异(P<0.05);②在不同病情等级下,CT影像与肺功能检查两种方式联合检查其准确率均远远高于使用单一的肺功能检测方式或者CT影像检测方式其检查准确率,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床诊断检查使用CT影像检测方式与肺功能检测方式有机结合,可以准确对患者病变程度进行等级区分,对此种疾病的诊断治疗有着重要的参考和指导意义,值得临床推荐实施。
Objective For chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,two methods of CT imaging combined with lung function are used to detect and evaluate the patient’s disease condition,and the clinical value of the detection and evaluation method of CT image combined with lung function for this disease is observed.Methods In an uncountable way,189 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease examined by the radiology department of Wuwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 189 patients without chronic cough history examined in the same period were selected as the control group.All patients were evaluated by CT image combined with pulmonary function test,and the related indexes and accuracy of the two groups were compared.Results①The control group was better than the observation group in terms of lung function-related examination indicators,with statistical differences(P<0.05);②Under different disease levels,CT imaging and pulmonary function examination were combined The accuracy of the examination was much higher than that of using a single pulmonary function detection method or CT image detection method,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the organic combination of CT image detection and lung function detection can accurately classify the degree of disease in patients.It has important reference and guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and it is worthy of clinical practice.Recommended for implementation.
