摘要
目的:分析舒适护理对老年食管癌放疗患者负性情绪及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年1月泰州市第二人民医院收治的68例老年食管癌放疗患者,以随机数表法分为两组,各34例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予舒适护理,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并比较两组患者对放疗护理的满意度。结果:护理前,两组SAS、SDS、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SAS、SDS、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对放疗护理的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年食管癌患者在放疗护理中采取舒适护理,能够取得较好的护理效果,可以对患者的负性情绪和疼痛感起到缓解作用,提高患者的满意度,是较为理想的放疗护理模式。
Objective:To analyze the influence of comfort nursing on negative emotion and pain of elderly patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 68 elderly patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy in Taizhou Second People's Hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given comfort nursing care.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores as well as the patient's satisfaction with radiotherapy nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the SAS,SDS and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of radiotherapy nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the radiotherapy nursing of elderly patients with esophageal cancer,the comfort nursing can achieve good nursing effect,alleviate the patients'negative emotions and pain perception,increase the satisfaction of patients,and it is an relative ideal radiotherapy nursing mode.
