摘要
目的研究连续性床旁血液净化治疗的安全管理与护理措施。方法选择2018年12月-2019年12月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院接受连续性床旁血液净化治疗患者,共50例,以随机分组法为原则,将其划分为实验组和对照组,各25例,实验组采取安全管理与护理措施干预,对照组则采取常规护理的方式,对两组患者在护理结束后的数据进行整理、分析。结果对比护理质量,实验组在各项得分上均明显提高,与对照组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组4%的血液感染率也远远低于对照组的24%,对比组间数据同样具备统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组对护理人员护理工作的满意度评分明显提高,与对照组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对连续性床旁血液净化治疗患者而言,实施安全管理与护理措施能有效改善血液感染情况,其护理质量也得到有效提高,安全性更加可靠,而且还能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To study safety management and nursing measures of continuous bedside blood purification therapy.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with continuous bedside blood purification treatment in Qujing City first people's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into experimental group and control group based on the principle of random grouping,with 25 cases in each group.Experimental group was intervened with safety management and nursing measures,while control group with routine nursing.Data between two groups after nursing were sorted out and analyzed.Results Scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);blood infection rate of 4%in experimental group was much lower than 24%in control group.Data between control groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);scores of satisfaction degree of nursing staff in experimental group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Safety management and nursing measures can effectively improve blood infection,nursing quality of patients with continuous bedside blood purification treatment,with reliable safety,higher satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion and application.
