摘要
目的观察临床护理路径应用于前列腺增生手术患者围术期中的效果。方法2016年1月-2017年1月收治的58例前列腺增生手术的患者,采用奇偶数分组形式分为两组,对照组29例、观察组29例。对照组为常规护理,观察组为临床护理路径。结果对比观察组与对照组护理后情绪评分、住院时间、膀胱冲洗、导尿管留置时间、护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可改善患者负性情绪,使患者保持愉悦心情,缩短住院时间,可提高患者对护理工作的满意度,降低术后并发症发生概率,应用价值突出,可推广于临床。
Objective To observe effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative period of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods The paper chose 58 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from January2016 to January2017,and divided them into odd and even groups,odd patients were included in control group;even number of patients in observation group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with clinical nursing.Results There was significant difference between observation group and control group in emotional scores,length of stay after nursing,bladder flushing,catheter retention time,nursing satisfaction degree,and postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve negative emotions of patients,keep them happy,shorten hospital stay,improve their satisfaction degree with nursing work,and reduce incidence of postoperative complications,which has outstanding application value and can be promoted in clinical practice.
