摘要
目的探讨终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中应用精细化护理模式的效果分析。方法将2009年8月-2020年7月在广东省江门市五邑中医院血液透析中心治疗的220例终末期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各110例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用精细化护理模式,对比两组的健康行为依从性、并发症发生率、心理状态、护理满意率。结果观察组饮食、运动、用药、检查等健康行为依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染、高血压、心律失常、低血压、低血糖、高血钾等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在服务态度、干预方式、应急能力等护理满意率上均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中应用精细化护理模式的效果显著,能有效提高患者的健康行为依从性,降低并发症发生率,调整患者心理状态,提升护理满意率,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To explore effect of fine nursing model in hemodialysis nursing of end-stage diabetes nephropathy.Methods The paper chose 220 patients with end-stage diabetes nephropathy treated in hemodialysis center of Jiangmen City Wuyi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2009 to July 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomLy,with 110 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with refined nursing mode.Health behavior compliance,complication incidence,psychological status and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Compliance of healthy behaviors such as diet,exercise,medication and examination in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of infection,hypertension,arrhythmia,hypotension,hypoglycemia and hyperkalemia in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing model can achieve significant effect for hemodialysis nursing of end-stage diabetes nephropathy,can improve health behavior compliance of patients,reduce incidence of complications,adjust psychological state,and improve nursing satisfaction degree effectively,which has positive clinical significance.
