摘要
目的分析无缝隙对接护理对急性消化内镜护理效率的影响。方法选择江门市人民医院在2019年4月-2020年4月时间段中纳入的110例需要开展急性消化内镜的患者列为研究对象,通过双盲选法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组患者55例。对照组安排开展常规护理,研究组安排开展无缝隙对接护理,观察两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分以及抑郁评分变化,同时比较其护理后的并发症发生率、护理满意率、手术时间以及检查期间各项生理指标的变化差异。结果护理前:组间焦虑评分和抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后:焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生率,研究组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意率,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术时间,研究组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);心率指标以及血压指标,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙对接护理在急性消化内镜护理中具有良好的护理价值,不仅在改善患者心理状况方面具有良好优势,同时还可以进一步降低患者并发症发生率,缩短手术时间,稳定生理指标以及提高护理满意率。
Objective To analyze the effect of seamless docking care on the efficiency of acute digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 110 patients who needed to carry out acute digestive endoscopy in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and research group through double-blind selection method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was arranged to carry out routine nursing,and the research group was arranged to carry out seamless docking nursing.The changes of anxiety scores and depression scores before and after nursing were observed in the two groups.Meanwhile,the incidence of complications after nursing,the rate of nursing satisfaction,the time of operation and the changes of various physiological indicators during the examination were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety score,depression score and complication rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The operation time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Heart rate and blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless docking nursing has good nursing value in acute digestive endoscopy nursing.It not only has good advantages in improving the psychological condition of patients,but also can further reduce the incidence of patient complications,shorten the operation time,stabilize physiological indexes and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
