摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸疗法联合针刺疗法在颈肩腰腿痛患者中的应用效果。方法将200例于2018年6月-2020年6月中山火炬开发区医院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者纳入研究,并以等量电脑随机法均分成A、B两组。予以A组常规西药口服联合超短波治疗仪治疗,B组中药熏蒸疗法联合针刺疗法治疗,并对比临床效果。结果治疗后B组临床治疗总有效率97.00%高于A组的82.00%,颈椎功能评分(90.15±7.33)分高于A组的(75.88±6.91)分,腰椎功能评分(78.36±6.99)分高于A组的(60.15±6.72)分,生活质量评分(93.36±6.85)分高于A组的(87.28±6.63)分,功能受限积分(1.23±0.15)分少于A组的(1.64±0.22)分,肿胀积分(1.26±0.19)分少于A组的(1.77±0.24)分,疼痛积分(1.38±0.27)分少于A组的(2.02±0.35)分,以上数据对比有均统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈肩腰腿痛应用中药熏蒸疗法联合针刺疗法治疗的效果显著,可助患者缓解临床症状表现及改善颈椎及腰椎功能,并积极影响预后质量,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy combined with acupuncture in patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Methods 200 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,and were divided into two groups A and B by equal computer randomization.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.Group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy combined with acupuncture therapy,and the clinical effects were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was 97.00%higher than that of group A,82.00%,the score of cervical spine function(90.15±7.33)was higher than that of group A(75.88±6.91),and the score of lumbar spine function was(78.36±6.99).The score is higher than(60.15±6.72)of group A,the score of quality of life(93.36±6.85)is higher than that of group A(87.28±6.63),and the score of functional limitation(1.23±0.15)is lower than that of group A(1.64±0.22)points,swelling points(1.26±0.19)points are less than group A(1.77±0.24)points,pain points(1.38±0.27)points are less than group A(2.02±0.35)points,the above data are all compared Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy combined with acupuncture therapy on neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain is significant,which can help patients relieve clinical symptoms and improve cervical and lumbar functions,and positively affect the quality of prognosis,which has high clinical application value.
