科技创新与郑开新能源汽车产业集群高质量发展的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 产业集群的发展构建是牵动各方且影响因素众多的系统工程,在把握整体经济形势和其他经济上行影响因素的基础之下,更重要的是着重把握产业集群发展的关键推动力,这其中一项关键性要素就是科技创新。基于此,本研究以郑州开封两市的新能源汽车产业集群为例,运用DEA-Malmquist效率分析法评估了河南省五大新能源汽车城市群的科技创新效率,从而进一步探析科技创新对于产业集群高质量发展的关系和重要意义,并以此为价值引导探索新形势下如何将科技创新融入产业集群高质量发展的现实路径,以期在集群内部形成经济高质量发展的长效化机制,最终推动河南省整体经济的发展和进步。 The construction of industrial cluster development is a systematic project that affects all parties and has many influencing factors.On the basis of grasping the overall economic situation and other economic upward influencing factors,it is more important to focus on grasping the key driving force of industrial cluster development,one of which is scientific and technological innovation.Based on this,taking the new energy automobile industry cluster in Kaifeng,Zhengzhou as an example,this paper uses the DEA Malmquist efficiency analysis method to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of the five new energy automobile city clusters in Henan Province,so as to further explore the relationship and significance of scientific and technological innovation for the high-quality development of industrial clusters,and take this as a value guide to explore the practical path of how to integrate scientific and technological innovation into the high-quality development of industrial clusters under the new situation,In order to form a long-term mechanism of high-quality economic development within the cluster,and finally promote the development and progress of the overall economy of Henan Province.
