摘要
目的分析膝关节置换患者疾病适应能力的相关影响因素。方法选择2019年2月至2020年9月于我院接受膝关节置换术治疗的100例患者,出院时采用自制疾病适应能力量表评估其疾病适应能力,并统计患者基线资料,分析影响患者疾病适应能力的相关因素。结果自费医疗、OKS评分>24分、社会支持度一般/低的患者疾病适应能力量表评分高于公费/全额赔偿医疗、OKS评分≤24分、社会支持度高的患者(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析结果显示,自费医疗、OKS评分>24分、社会支持度一般/低是膝关节置换患者疾病适应能力差的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论膝关节置换患者存在疾病适应能力差的情况,自费医疗、OKS评分>24分、社会支持度一般/低等均会影响膝关节置换患者的疾病适应能力。
Objective To analyze the related factors of disease adaptability in patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods 100 patients with knee arthroplasty in our hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 were selected.At discharge,the self-made disease adaptability scale was used to evaluate the disease adaptability,the baseline data were collected,and the related factors affecting the disease adaptability of patients were analyzed.Results The disease adaptability scale scores of patients with self-paid medical care,OKS score>24 points,and general/low social support were higher than those with public/full compensation medical care,OKS score≤24 points,and high social support(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that self-paid medical care,OKS score>24 points,and general/low social support were the influencing factors of poor disease adaptability in patients with knee arthroplasty(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with knee arthroplasty had poor disease adaptability.Self-paid medical care,OKS score>24 points,and general/low social support will affect the disease adaptability of patients with knee arthroplasty.
