摘要
目的探讨血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM-1)水平与高尿酸血症(HUA)患者非布司他治疗效果的相关性。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月于我院接受非布司他治疗的86例HUA患者,治疗前检测其血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平,治疗2个月后参考相关标准评估其治疗效果,分析血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平与HUA患者非布司他治疗效果的相关性。结果86例HUA患者经非布司他治疗无效17例,有效69例。治疗无效组血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平高于治疗有效组(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析结果显示,治疗前血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平高表达是HUA患者非布司他治疗无效的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平与HUA患者非布司他治疗效果存在一定关系,即治疗前血清TGF-β1、sICAM-1水平高表达可能会增加HUA患者非布司他治疗无效的风险。
Objective To explore the correlation between the serum transforming growth factor-1(TGF-1)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)levels and the treatment effect of febuxostat in patients with hyperuricemia(HUA).Methods 86 HUA patients treated with febuxostat in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected,and the serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 levels were detected before treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the treatment effect was evaluated refer to the related standards.The correlation between the serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 levels and the treatment effect of febuxostat in HUA patients was analyzed.Results Among 86 HUA patients,17 cases were ineffective and 69 cases were effective after febuxostat treatment.The serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 levels in the treatment-ineffective group were higher than those in the treatment-effective group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that the high expression of serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 before treatment were risk factors for the ineffectiveness of febuxostat in HUA patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions There is certain correlation between the serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 levels and the treatment effect of febuxostat in HUA patients,that is,high expression of serum TGF-β1 and sICAM-1 levels before treatment may increase the risk of ineffective febuxostat treatment in HUA patients.
