色季拉山林线典型植被下土壤生态化学计量特征 被引量:3

摘要 估算色季拉山林线附近典型植被下土壤养分及化学计量,探讨不同植被对土壤养分及化学计量特征的影响。以西藏色季拉山林线附近3种典型植被类型下土壤0~20 cm土层为研究对象,选择9个取样点采集土壤样品进行检测,分析土壤养分和生态化学计量特征的差异性及相关性。(1)在0~10 cm土层,乔木林和草甸的SOC(有机碳)含量具有显著差异,草甸的AP(速效磷)含量与灌丛和乔木林具有显著差异,灌丛和乔木林的AK(速效钾)含量具有显著差异,乔木林的C/N(碳氮比)计量比与灌丛和草甸具有显著差异,草甸的C/P(碳磷比)计量比与乔木林和灌丛具有显著差异;在10~20 cm土层,灌丛和草甸的AK(速效钾)含量具有显著差异,乔木林的C/N(碳氮比)计量比与灌丛和草甸具有显著差异(2)3种植被中,SOC(有机碳)与TN(全氮)、AN(速效氮),TN(全氮)与AN(速效氮),C/K(碳钾比)与N/K(氮钾比)均呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。土壤养分含量在不同植被和不同土层之间存在差异性,说明植被类型会影响到土壤养分,大部分土壤养分都聚集在土壤表层,具有表聚性。 In this study, soil nutrients and stoichiometry were estimated under typical vegetation near the sejila mountain line, and the effects of different vegetation on soil nutrients and stoichiometry characteristics were investigated. The soil samples were collected from 9 sampling sites in the 0 ~20 cm soil layer under three typical vegetation types near the Sejila mountain line in Tibet, and the variability and correlations of soil nutrients and ecological stoichiometry were analyzed. In the 0 ~10 cm soil layer, the SOC content of arbor forest and meadow was significantly different, and the AP content of meadow was significantly different from that of shrub and arbor forest, besides, the AK content of shrub and arbor forest was significantly different;the C/N ratio of arbor forest was significantly different from that of shrub and meadow, and the C/P ratio of meadow was significantly different from that of arbor forest and shrub. In the soil layer of 10 ~20cm, the AK content of shrub and meadow was significantly different, and the C/N ratio of arbor forest was significantly different from that of shrub and meadow. In the three vegetation covers,SOC was positively correlated with TN and AN, TN and AN, C/K and N/K(P<0.01). There were differences in soil nutrient content between different vegetation and different soil layers, indicating that vegetation types affectted soil nutrients, with most soil nutrients aggregatting in the surface layer of the soil with epitaxy.
