摘要 冷室压力铸造是目前生产大型铝合金铸件的主流加工方法,铸件的表面质量对外观与力学性能都有重要的影响。压射填充过程的压射行程、压射速度、压射加速度及压射时长是影响铸件的表面质量的主要因素。通过示波器高频采集压铸机在实验时的位移传感器信号,利用示波器的采样频率与所采集的电压信号结构,使用计算机对数据进行二值化、拟合等处理,完成压铸机在实验时的压射行程-时间、速度-时间、加速度-时间等快压射过程各参数的测量。实验结束后,对生产的压铸件进行抽样检查,确认铸件的表面缺陷类型与比例。结合压射过程测量的参数与铝合金在凝固、成型的特性,分析在快压射阶段各参数及相互之间的作用对铸件表面质量的影响,为后续的压铸工艺制定、优化提供了方向。 Cold chamber pressure casting is now the mainstream of the production of large aluminum alloy castings, and the surface quality of the castings has an important impact on the appearance and mechanical properties. The injection stroke, injection velocity, injection acceleration and injection duration of the injection filling process are the main factors affecting the surface quality of the casting. The displacement sensor signal of the die casting machine in the experiment was collected by the high frequency of the oscilloscope, the sampling frequency of the oscilloscope and the voltage signal structure collected were used, and the data was binarized and fitted by the computer, and the measurement of the parameters of the fast injection process such as the injection stroke-time, speed-time, acceleration-time and other fast pressure-injection process of the die casting machine during the experiment were completed. At the end of the experiment, a sample inspection of the die casting produced was carried out to confirm the type and proportion of surface defects in the casting. Combining the parameters measured in the injection process and the characteristics of aluminum alloy in solidification and molding, the influence of various parameters and their interactions on the surface quality of castings in the fast injection stage were analyzed, which provided a direction for the subsequent die-casting process formulation and optimization.
