摘要
针对许多中小城市规划审批管理信息化建设中存在的信息资源整合应用不够、基础数据更新缓慢、业务系统之间集成不够等问题,本文提供了一种从数据采集处理、实景三维建模、数据存储管理到智能化规划管理及行业应用的全生命周期的规划管理信息化方案,并根据方案建设了集地上地下实景三维、规划三维和辅助管理信息与功能于一体的实景三维辅助规划管理系统,提升城市规划管理水平和效率。
In view of the problems existing in the informatization construction of planning approval management in many small and medium-sized cities,such as insufficient integration and application of information resources,slow updating of basic data and insufficient integration between business systems,this paper provides a full life cycle planning management informatization scheme from data collection and processing,real scene 3D modeling,data storage management to intelligent planning management and industry application.According to the scheme,a real scene 3D auxiliary planning management system is built,which integrates the above ground and underground real scene,planning three-dimensional and auxiliary management information and functions,so as to improve the level and efficiency of urban planning management.
