摘要
新工科背景下加强制药工程专业学生创新能力培养,不仅是时代和社会发展的要求,也是高等教育改革的需要。在开展创新创业教育的同时,应该注重与专业教育相融合。因此,在新工科背景下,培养具有创新能力的高素质制药工程专业人才对于促进我国医药产业发展具有重大意义。针对滁州学院地方型高校的办学定位,结合地方产业发展趋势及专业培养目标,以学生为中心,从多维度整合教学内容、教学内容实践化、改革课程考核方式三个方面,探索新工科背景下创新教育与制药工程专业人才培养相互融合模式的实施策略。
Under the new engineering background,it is not only the requirement of the times and social development,but also the need of higher education reform to strengthen the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering students′innovation ability.While carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education,we should pay attention to the integration with professional education.Therefore,under the background of new engineering,it is of great significance to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical engineering talents with innovative ability to promote the development of China′s pharmaceutical industry.On the school localization of Chuzhou place type university,combined with the local industry development trend and the professional training target,this article take the student as the center,from the multi-dimensional integration of teaching content,teaching contents,practice three aspects,the reform of examination way,explore new engineering under the background of innovation education and fusion pharmaceutical engineering talents cultivation mode of the implementation of the strategy.
