摘要
电痕化试验是测试固体材料耐电痕化指数和相比电痕化指数的重要试验。根据固体绝缘材料耐电痕化指数和相比电痕化指数的测定方法国家标准要求,分析和验证了氯化铵溶液电导率对试验结果的影响,针对目前部分实验室在测试电导率过程中使用线性温度补偿方法的问题,分析了该方法的错误原因,并提出了氯化铵溶液配置和测试电导率的正确方法,为耐电痕化指数和相比电痕化指数试验提供重要参考。
The tracking test is a vital experiment for proof tracking index of solid materials and comparative tracking index.This paper analyzed and verified the influence of the electrical conductivity of NH_(4)Cl solution on the test result based on the national standards of proof tracking index of solid materials and comparative tracking index.Many laboratories used the linear thermal compensation method in the electrica conductivity test process.This paper analyzed the problem of that method and proposed the correct method of the NH_(4)Cl solution configuration and electrica conductivity test.This research provides a reference to the proof tracking index and comparative tracking index.
