摘要
西南地区供水水库是农田灌溉和乡镇安全饮水的重要水利基础设施,水工隧洞是供水水库建设的重点和关键工程,隧洞开挖多采用光面爆破,西南山区隧洞围岩往往以软硬岩互层的沉积岩为主。文中通过3次隧洞爆破试验,调整对比优化爆破设计参数,总结软硬互层岩爆破设计经验,为类似爆破工程设计、爆破参数优化、施工管理、成本控制提供有价值的参考,提出隧洞爆破建议与展望。
Water supply reservoirs in southwest China are often important water conservancy infrastructure for farmland irrigation and safe drinking water in villages and towns. Hydraulic tunnels are the key projects of water supply in reservoir construction. Smooth blasting is mostly used for tunnel excavation, and the surrounding rock of tunnels in southwest mountainous areas is dominated by sedimentary rocks with soft and hard rock interbedding. The blasting design parameters are optimized through three tunnel blasting tests, and the blasting design experience of soft and hard interbedded rock is summarized, which provides a valuable reference for similar blasting engineering design wtih blasting parameter optimization, construction management, and cost control. Suggestions and prospects of the tunnel blasting are proposed.
