工农废料加固宁波电力隧道废弃淤泥试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE SOLIDIFICATION EFFECT OF CALCIUM CARBIDE RESIDUE AND PLANT ASH ON THE WASTE SLUDGE FROM NINGBO POWER TUNNEL ENGINEERING

摘要 为探究以电石渣与草木灰为原料固化宁波电力隧道废弃淤泥作为路基填料的适用性,开展了单掺与双掺电石渣、草木灰无侧限抗压强度、电镜扫描、X衍射试验以及现场试验。结果表明当m(草木灰):m(电石渣)=1:2时,固化效果最优,将该配方命名为DL-1。DL-1复合固化剂最佳掺量为15%,其与淤泥固化后的主要产物为C-S-H凝胶、钙矾石及少许方解石,提高了淤泥结构的密实性,填充了淤泥的孔隙,进而提高了淤泥的宏观强度。现场试验表明DL-1固化淤泥的弯沉值和加州承载比可满足各级公路路基填料的要求。 To investigate the applicability of calcium carbide residue and plant ash as subgrade filler to solidify the waste sludge from Ningbo power tunnel, the unconfined compressive strength of stabilized sludge, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, and field tests were carried out. The results show that the solidification effect is the best when the mixing ratio of plant ash and calcium carbide slag is 1:2, entitling as DL-1. The optimal mixing ratio of DL-1 composite curing agent is 15%, and the main stabilization products are C-S-H gel, ettringite, and a bit of calcite, contributing to enhance the density of sludge’s structure, fill the pore of sludge, and further enhance the macro-strength of sludge. The deflection and California bearing ratio of solidified sludge meets the specification requirements of subgrade filling of highways at all levels.
