摘要 针对高炉运行状态监测困难、精度要求高等问题,设计了一种基于工业物联网的高炉冷却壁热流强度监测系统。该系统通过铂电阻PT1000搭建温度采集电路,利用LoRa无线通讯技术实现了高炉冷却壁热流强度数据的汇集并通过NB-IOT无线通信技术上传至云平台。实验结果表明,温度测量精度达到±0.02℃,LoRa通讯的丢包率较小,同时NB-IOT上报数据至云平台可以实时监测高炉运行状态。 Aiming at the difficulty of monitoring the operation status of blast furnace and high precision requirements,a heat flow intensity monitoring system for blast furnace cooling stave based on the Industrial Internet of Things was designed.The system uses platinum resistance PT1000 to build a temperature acquisition circuit,and uses LoRa wireless communication technology to realize the collection of blast furnace cooling wall heat flow intensity data and upload it to the cloud platform through NB-IOT wireless communication technology.The experimental results show that the temperature measurement accuracy reaches±0.02°C,the packet loss rate of LoRa communication is small,and the NB-IOT reporting data to the cloud platform can monitor the blast furnace operating status in real time.
