摘要
目的探讨大肠癌患者血清与组织中骨膜蛋白的表达情况。方法选取经术后证实的大肠癌患者61例和健康人30例,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测大肠癌患者和健康对照者血清中骨膜蛋白的含量;利用免疫组织化学技术分析癌组织标本中骨膜蛋白的表达。结果大肠癌患者血清骨膜蛋白含量升高明显;临床分期(Dukes分期)中的C期和D期患者血清骨膜蛋白水平显著高于A期和B期(P<0.01),Dukes分期越晚,骨膜蛋白表达水平越高(P<0.05);不同病理类型患者血清标本中,未分化癌血清中骨膜蛋白水平显著高于黏液癌和腺癌(P<0.01);免疫组化结果显示大肠癌组织普遍表达骨膜蛋白,且与患者临床Dukes分期有关,未分化癌中骨膜蛋白水平高于黏液癌和腺癌,但骨膜蛋白水平与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论大肠癌患者血清与癌组织中骨膜蛋白表达增高,其水平与患者临床Dukes分期、病理类型有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of periosteal protein in serum and tissues of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty-one patients with colorectal cancer and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The serum periosteum protein content of colorectal cancer patients and healthy controls was detected by elisa.Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of periosteal proteins in cancer tissue samples.Results The serum periosteal protein content of colorectal cancer patients increased significantly.In clinical stage(Dukes stage),serum periosteum protein level in stage C and D was significantly higher than that in stage A and B(P<0.01).The later Dukes stage was,the higher the periosteum protein expression level was(P<0.05).The level of POSTN in serum of undifferentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than that of mucinous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P<0.01).Immunohistochemical results showed that POSTN was widely expressed in colorectal cancer tissues,and was related to clinical Dukes stage.The level of POSTN in undifferentiated carcinoma was higher than that in mucinous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,but the periosteum protein level was not related to age and gender of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of periosteal protein in serum and tissues of colorectal cancer patients is increased,and the level is related to clinical Dukes stage and pathological type.
