摘要
以河南焦作市为例,介绍了制造业技术进步和工艺提升的意义。根据焦作市工业的发展状况和科技工艺水平,剖析了工业科技提升与工艺升级存在的问题。通过对工业技术水平进步与工艺技术升级的需求分析,给出了工业技术水平提升与工艺技术改善升级的具体途径与保障举措,为政府部门决策提供了依据。
Taking Jiaozuo City, Henan Province as an example, this paper introduces the significance of technological progress and process improvement in the manufacturing industry. According to the industrial development status and technological process level of Jiaozuo City, the problems existing in industrial technological upgrading and technological improvement upgrading are analyzed. Through the analysis of the demand for industrial technology level progress and process technology upgrading, the specific ways and guarantee measures for industrial technology level improvement and process technology improvement and upgrading are given, which provides a basis for government departments to make decisions.
