摘要
目的评价整肠散穴位贴敷对脓毒症患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月~2021年8月在我院治疗的脓毒症患者44例,随机分为对照组和观察组各22例,对照组给予常规西医治疗(机械通气、改善内环境失衡、液体复苏治疗及肠内营养支持等),观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用整肠散穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的胃肠功能障碍发生情况、胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗前后炎性因子水平、胃肠功能障碍评分及APACHEⅡ评分。结果观察组胃肠功能障碍发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的胃肠功能恢复时间较对照组短,排便频率更低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的炎性因子PCT、TNF-α及WBC水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的PCT、TNF-α及WBC水平均明显更低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的胃肠功能障碍评分及APACHEⅡ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的胃肠功能障碍评分及APACHEⅡ评分均明显更低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论整肠散穴位贴敷治疗能明显改善脓毒症患者胃肠功能,减轻炎症因子水平,促进病情恢复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Zhengchangsan acupoint sticking on gastrointestinal function in patients with sepsis.Methods A total of 44 patients with sepsis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were divided into control group(n=22)and observation group(n=22).The patients in the observation group were treated with conventional western medicine(mechanical ventilation,improvement of internal environment imbalance,fluid resuscitation treatment,enteral nutrition support,etc).On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint sticking with Zhengchang San.The occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the score of gastrointestinal dysfunction and the APACHEⅡ score were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of defecation was lower.Before treatment,there were no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between groups(P>0.05 for each).After treatment,the levels of PCT,TNF-α and WBC in the observation group were significantly lower.Significant difference(P<0.05 for each).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in gastrointestinal dysfunction score and APACHEⅡ score between groups(P>0.05 for both).After treatment,compared with the control group,the gastrointestinal dysfunction score and APACHEⅡ score in the observation group were significantly higher low,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion Acupoint application of Zhengchangsan in sepsis patients can promote the improvement of gastrointestinal function,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,can promote remiss
