摘要
在沿空留巷开采过程中,传统支护所采用的方式存在一定的缺陷,比如会使得采空区顶板位置的悬臂压力过大,达不到相应的支护效果,引起巷道变形,更严重则会破坏顶板,导致回采工作面上覆岩石出现垮落现象,在上下巷产生悬臂梁。对国内外无煤柱开采技术的发展进行简要阐述,结合巷道上覆煤层垮落方式进行分析,随后对切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术的原理及应用等内容进行深入研究。
In the process of retaining roadway along goaf,the traditional support method has some defects,such as the cantilever pressure at the gob roof position is too large to achieve the corresponding support effect,causing roadway deformation,and even more serious will destroy the roof,causing the overlying rock of the mining face to collapse,and cantilever beams in the upper and lower roadways.This paper briefly expounded the development of non-pillar mining technology at home and abroad,analyzed the caving mode of the coal seam overlying the roadway,and then made an in-depth study on the principle and application of non-pillar mining technology with roof cutting and pressure relief.
