钢铁行业流量仪表测量不准的原因分析

Analysis of the reasons for the inaccuracy of flow meter measurement in the steel industry

摘要 流量测量仪表在钢铁行业应用中出现了一些测量不准确的情况,结合钢铁行业的应用现状,分析了导致流量测量不准确的诸多因素,比较了不同流量计的误差评定方法,提出了不同测量介质的密度补偿方法,指出在设计选型和施工安装中的注意事项,并介绍了一些新型流量计的特点及应用场合。 Some inaccurate measurements have appeared in the application of flow measuring instruments in the steel industry.Combined with the current application status of the steel industry,many factors is analyzed to lead to inaccurate flow measurement.the error evaluation methods of different flow meters is compare,density compensation methods is proposed for different measuring media.Pointing out the precautions in the design and selection and construction and installation,and the characteristics and applications of some new flowmeters are introduced.
