基于电子液位测量计的外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 现有外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统受到电子液位差影响,导致系统的可靠性和可视化检测性能不好,对此提出基于电子液位测量计的外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统设计方法。设计电子液位测量计,在电磁液位的辐射场激励下,构建外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统的二次磁场分布模型;基于电子液位反射场探测技术,建立外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统的液位检测模块、场效应检测模块、液位参数接收模块以及输出模块;通过对电子液位信号检测和参数估计,构建外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统的控制器;通过波数和媒质的电磁参数可靠性估计,实现外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统的电子液位测量;采用嵌入式集成开发,实现灭火系统可靠性集成设计。测试表明,该方法进行外贮压式七氟丙烷灭火系统设计的可靠性较好,电子液位测量精度较高。 The existing external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is affected by the electronic liquid level difference,resulting in poor reliability and visual detection performance of the system.Therefore,a design method of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system based on electronic liquid level meter is proposed.The electronic liquid level meter is designed,and the secondary magnetic field distribution model of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is constructed under the excitation of electromagnetic liquid level radiation field;Based on the electronic liquid level reflection field detection technology,the liquid level detection module,field effect detection module,liquid level parameter receiving module and output module of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system are established;Through the detection of electronic liquid level signal and parameter estimation,the controller of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is constructed;The electronic liquid level measurement of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is realized through the reliability estimation of wave number and electromagnetic parameters of medium;Embedded integrated development is adopted to realize the reliability integrated design of fire extinguishing system.The test shows that this method has good reliability in the design of external pressure storage heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system and high accuracy of electronic liquid level measurement.
