基于STM32的重装空投货物离机记录仪设计 被引量:1

摘要 在重装货物空投过程中,货物的最大翻转角是影响空投是否成功的关键因素。由于空投环境复杂,空投过程时间长,需采集参数较多,因此,基于实际需求设计一款多用途、高可靠性、低功耗和易携带的数据记录仪。该记录仪以STM32单片机为控制核心,结合气压传感器、加速度传感器和姿态传感器对空投过程中的货物信息进行采集,并通过卡尔曼滤波剔除数据中野值并降低背景噪声干扰。针对多通道、高频率的数据采样,使用多线程数据缓冲存储方法,合理分配CPU资源,并使用NAND Flash作为存储介质,实现数据的安全存储管理保存。经测试,该记录仪能实现多通道、高频率的数据采集及存储,并能有效降低采集数据过程中的环境因素干扰,使记录仪能在复杂环境下完成采集存储功能。 During the airdrop of heavy cargo,the maximum flip angle of the cargo is a key factor affecting the success of the airdrop.Because the airdrop environment is complex,the airdrop process takes a long time,and many parameters need to be collected,so a multi-purpose,high reliability,low power consumption and easy-to-carry data recorder is designed based on actual needs.The STM32 microcontroller is taken as the control core,combining the air pressure sensor,the acceleration sensor and the attitude sensor to collect the cargo information during the airdrop process,and the Kalman filter is used to remove the outliers in the data and reduce the background noise interference.For multi-channel and high-frequency data sampling,the multi-threaded data buffer storage method is used,the CPU resources are allocated reasonably,and NAND Flash is used as the storage medium to realize the safe storage,management and preservation of data.After testing,the recorder can realize multi-channel,high-frequency data acquisition and storage,and can effectively reduce the interference of environmental factors in the process of data acquisition,so that the recorder can complete the acquisition and storage function in complex environments.
