摘要
目的分析浮针联合热敏灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选择2018年6月-2020年6月九江市中医医院收治的92例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2组,各46例。对照组患者接受浮针治疗,观察组接受浮针联合热敏灸治疗。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后炎性因子水平[白介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、膝关节Lequesne指数。结果治疗1个月后,2组患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,2组患者Lequesne指数中疼痛不适、活动能力、行走距离评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针联合热敏灸治疗可减轻膝骨关节炎患者炎症反应,改善膝关节功能,缓解膝关节疼痛。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of floating needle combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Using a prospective randomized trial method,92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received floating needle therapy,and the observation group received floating needle combined with thermal moxibustion.The levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and the Lequesne index of the knee joints were compared between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment.Results At 1 month of treatment,the serum IL-1βand TNF-αof the two groups were lower than before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the Lequesne index scores of pain and discomfort,mobility and walking distance in 2 groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle combined with thermal moxibustion can reduce inflammation in patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve knee joint function,and relieve knee joint pain.
