摘要
目的探讨健脾通窍法联合针刺迎香穴对脾气虚弱型变异性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月-2020年5月在大连市中医医院耳鼻喉科就诊的100例脾气虚弱型变异性鼻炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组采取临床传统治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采取健脾通窍法联合针刺迎香穴治疗,采取VAS评分比较的方法对患者的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏以及流涕进行比较,以及2组患者临床疗效比较,2组患者TNSS比较,2组患者RQLQ评分比较。结果试验组患者治疗后鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏以及流涕评分改善,临床总有效率、TNSS评分、RQLQ评分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾气虚弱型变异性鼻炎患者,采取健脾通窍法联合针刺迎香穴的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongqiao method combined with acupuncture at Yingxiang(LI20)in the treatment of variant rhinitis of spleen qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 100 patients with variant rhinitis of spleen qi deficiency type treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group took Jianpi Tongqiao method combined with acupuncture at Yingxiang(LI20)on the basis of the control group.VAS score was used to compare the nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose,the clinical effect,TNSS and RQLQ scores of the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose scores,clinical effective rate,TNSS score and RQLQ score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Tongqiao method combined with acupuncture at Yingxiang(LI20)in the treatment of variant rhinitis of spleen qi deficiency type has significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
