摘要
中医学课程在西医高等院校中普遍开设是我国“中医、西医、中西医结合并重”医疗政策和方针具体实施的体现,目的是希望西医学生掌握一定的中医学基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,了解2种不同的医学模式对疾病的认知异同,提高临床思维能力,丰富诊疗疾病手段。与现代医学相比,中医学属于不同的医学模式和体系,在西医高等院校中中医学教学存在诸多问题,如学时数较少、教学内容抽象难懂、教学方法滞后等,导致教学效果差。故如何在西医高等院校开展中医学教学改革,提高教师的自身素养,激发学生的学习热情,从而提升中医学教学质量是值得我们深入思考及探讨的问题。
It is the concrete embodiment of the medical policy of “laying equal emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine” that traditional Chinese medicine courses are widely offered in western colleges and universities. The purpose of this course is to hope western medicine students to master certain basic knowledge, basic theory and basic skills of traditional Chinese medicine, to understand the cognitive differences of life in different medical systems, develop clinical thinking and enrich diagnosis and treatment methods. Compared with modern medicine, traditional Chinese medicine belongs to a different medical model and system. There are many problems in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in western medicine colleges and universities, such as less class hours, abstract and difficult teaching content, and lagging teaching methods, which lead to poor teaching effect. Therefore, how to carry out Chinese medicine teaching reform in western medicine colleges and universities, improve teachers’ own quality, stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, so as to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine teaching is worthy of our deep thinking and discussion.
