黄河流域城市建设用地结构与产业结构脱钩特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 城市建设用地结构和产业结构相互影响相互作用,两者的有机耦合对促进城市社会经济效益提升和城市产业结构高级化与合理化具有重要的意义.本研究基于黄河主干道流经省份的83个地级市,以2006—2020年为研究时段,运用结构变化率与脱钩模型分析其城市建设用地结构和产业结构相互关系及脱钩特征.结果表明:城市范围内绿地功能用地和交通设施功能用地增加较为迅速,为主要新增建设用地;城市产业结构由二三一结构逐渐转变为三二一的产业结构,产业结构不断升级与调整;城市建设用地结构变化速度慢于产业结构变化速度,且二者之间的发展差距越来越大;黄河流域干流流经的城市建设用地结构变化率与产业结构变化率偏差系数大于其余地市,区域经济中心城市偏差系数较大,呈现由中心向两边扩散的空间分布格局;城市建设用地与产业结构脱钩状态较不理想,大部分地级市产业结构升级与调整仍然是城市建设用地结构布局与优化的主要原因,建设用地结构的优化与调整也约束着产业结构的升级与更新. Urban construction land structure and industrial structure influence and interact with each other,and the organic coupling of the two is of great significance to promote the improvement of urban social and economic benefits and the advanced and rationalization of urban industrial structure.Based on the 83 prefecture-level cities in the province where the main road of the Yellow River flows through,this study uses the structural change rate and decoupling model to analyze the relationship and decoupling characteristics of their urban construction land structure and industrial structure,taking 2006-2020 as the research period.The results show that the functional land of green space and the functional land of transportation facilities have increased rapidly within the cities,and they are the main new construction land.The urban industrial structure has gradually changed from“two-three-one”structure to“three-two-one”structure,and the industrial structure has been continuously upgraded and adjusted.The change rate of urban construction land structure is slower than that of industrial structure,and the development gap between them is getting bigger and bigger.The deviation coefficient between the rate of change of urban construction land structure and the rate of change of industrial structure in the cities that the main stream of the Yellow River flows through,is Larger than that of other cities.The deviation coefficient of regional economic center cities is relatively large,showing a spatial distribution pattern that spreads from the center to both sides.The decoupling state of urban construction land and industrial structure is not ideal,and the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure in most prefecturelevel cities is still the main reason for the optimization and adjustment of the structure of urban construction land.The construction land structure also constrains the upgrading and updating of the industrial structure.
