摘要
作为全国著名的生态县,安吉县已经成为乡村博物馆建设与文化遗产保护、文旅融合发展有机结合的典范。文章基于文化记忆理论以及对安吉县乡村博物馆开展外在形式、行为互动、制度管理、价值传播四个维度的调研,提出从以下几方面完善建构路径:政府层面,完善“乡村博物馆群”统一布局,采取乡村博物馆“总分馆制”;村级层面,合理开发乡村博物馆资源,包括数字资源开发、生态资源合理利用、融入现代智能元素;村民层面,拓展乡村博物馆的社会功能,组建乡村博物馆多元化人才队伍;社会层面,注重乡村博物馆与文旅产业融合,旅行社将乡村博物馆纳入县域文化旅游终端,鼓励企业参与乡村博物馆建设,完善政府、社会共管机制。
As a famous ecological county in China, Anji has become a model of the organic combination of rural museum construction, cultural heritage protection and the integrated development of culture and tourism. Based on the theory of cultural memory and the investigation of Anji County Rural Museum in the four dimensions of external form, behavior interaction, system management and value communication, the paper finds that the construction paths should be improved from the following aspects.Governments are to improve the unified layout of “rural museum group” and to adopt the “general branch system” of rural museums. Villagesneed to develop rural museum resourcesreasonably, including digital resource development, rational utilization of ecological resources and integration of modern intelligent elements. Villagers can help expand the social functions of rural museums and establish a diversified talent team of rural museums. At the social level, attention has to be paid to the integration of rural museums and cultural tourism industry. Travel agencies need to incorporate rural museums into the county-level cultural tourism terminal.Enterprises should be encouraged to participate in the construction of rural museums, and the joint management mechanism of government and society should be improved.
