微波消解-离子色谱法测定染料中痕量阴离子 被引量:4

摘要 建立一种染料痕量阴离子的微波消解离子色谱定量分析法。通过对离子色谱干扰的分析,研究了pH值对分离效果的影响,不同淋洗液对保留时间的影响,流速对峰高、峰面积、分离度和理论塔板数的影响。结果表明:采用SH-AC-3阴离子型色谱柱,pH值为10.12,流速为1.0~1.2 mL/min分离效果最佳,采用氢氧化钠作为淋洗液分离时间仅12 min,6种阴离子具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991~0.9999,检出限为0.0002~0.0032 mg/L,加标回收率为97.6%~101%,阴离子精密度<0.03%~2.6%,仪器定量和定性精密度<3.0%。方法具有精密、准确、稳定等优点,对氮杂BODIPY荧光染料2,6-位置引入卤素的含量测定具有实际应用价值。 A quantitative method for the analysis of trace anions of dyestuffs by microwave ablation ion chromatography was established.The effect of pH on the separation efficiency,the effect of different drenching solutions on the retention time,the effect of flow rate on the peak height,peak area,separation,and theoretical talk plate number were investigated through the analysis of ion chromatographic interferences.The results showed that the best separation was achieved on SH-AC-3 anion column with pH 10.12 and flow rate of 1.0—1.2 mL/min.The separation time was only 12 min with sodium hydroxide as the eluent.The spiked recoveries were 97.6%—101%,the anion precision was<0.03%—2.6%,and the instrument quantitative and qualitative precision was<3.0%.This method has the advantages of precision,accuracy stability which is of practical application for the determination of the content of halogen introduced in the 2,6-position of the Aza-BODIPY fluorescent dye.
