摘要
总结了带钢连续退火炉喷气冷却技术的发展历程和在国内的应用情况;重点阐述了3种主流喷气冷却技术的结构特点:(1)喷缝式冷却风箱为立式长方体结构,风箱背面为保护气体进气口,正面安装有窄缝式喷嘴,风箱从进气口至喷嘴设有气体隔板,可由边部挡板根据带钢的宽度对边部所吹的气体流量进行调节,与传统的喷箱相比,无论是换热效率还是冷却速率都有了大幅度的提高。(2)高速冷却模块采用圆筒形炉膛设计,炉膛下部和上部各设计了1对冷却模块,在每对冷却模块的上下均布置了可以移动的稳定辊,同时在下部设置了密封装置,冷却模块为矩形喷射梁开孔的形式,由于圆筒形的炉膛和喷梁开孔结构的高速冷却模块的刚度都很高,因而非常适合采用高氢介质实现带钢的快速冷却。(3)高速“气线”分区冷却箱在带钢两侧均并排布置了5个冷却风箱,在风箱上横向安装了若干排喷气片,每个喷气片末端设计有扁形高速喷气管道,可以喷出高速度、小直径的“气线”,热气溢流速度快、换热效率高,可以保证带钢横向温差在3℃以内,不会产生瓢曲问题。此外,分析了喷气冷却系统的设计要领和核心技术。最后指出:镀锌和退火是钢铁产品生产的最终工序,冷却设备技术完全依赖其他国家的现状已经制约了汽车板新技术的发展,特别是高强钢新产品的开发。我国要实现“碳中和、碳达峰”的目标,不但汽车行业需要更加先进的高强钢,其他所有行业也必须推广应用高强钢,因此实现连续退火炉喷气冷却技术的国产化非常紧迫;同时,给出了今后该技术的研发思路。
The development and application of jet cooling technology of continuous annealing furnace for strip in China are summarized. The structural characteristics of three mainstream jet cooling technologies of continuous annealing furnace for strip are emphatically described:(1) The spray slotted cooling box is a vertical cuboid structure. The back of the box is a protective gas inlet, and the front is equipped with a narrow slot nozzle. The box is provided with a gas baffle from the inlet to the nozzle.The gas flow can be adjusted by the side baffle according to the width of the strip. Compared with the traditional spray box, both the thermal efficiency and cooling rate have been improved significantly.(2) The high-speed cooling module adopts a cylindrical furnace design.One pair of cooling modules are designed in the lower and upper part of the furnace, and movable stabilizing rollers are arranged above and below each pair of cooling module, and a sealing device is set in the lower part. The cooling module is in the form of rectangular jet beam opening. Due to the high rigidity of the cylindrical furnace and the high-speed cooling module of the spray beam opening structure, it is very suitable to use high hydrogen medium to achieve rapid cooling of strip;(3) Five cooling air boxes are arranged side by side in the high-speed “air line” partition cooling box on both sides of the strip, and several rows of air-jet fins are installed horizontally on the box.The end of each jet piece is designed with a flat high-speed jet pipe, which can eject high-speed, small-diameter “air lines”. The high overflow speed and high heat exchange efficiency of hot air can ensure that the temperature difference of the strip in the transverse direction is within 3 ℃, and the problem of buckling of strip will not occur. The design essentials and core technologies of air jet cooling system are analyzed. Finally, it is pointed out that galvanizing and annealing are the final processes of steel products, and the current situation that
