摘要
基于弹道试验系统和全光纤位移干涉测速系统(AFDISAR),对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/聚碳酸酯(PC)、玻璃/PC两种结构的透明装甲样品开展弹道侵彻下变形速度、变形位移、应变、应变率等参数的测量试验。结果表明,样品在弹击形貌上均表现出以弹着点为中心向外扩展的破坏,在AFDISAR有效测量的数据区间内,样品测点的变形速度均呈先增大后减小的趋势,且沿中心测点径向递减,测点的变形位移、应变均呈现逐渐增大趋势;样品测点附近应变率整体呈增大趋势,PMMA/PC结构样品的应变率曲线存在两极点,玻璃/PC结构样品的应变率曲线存在波动,极点或波动出现的时刻均与测点变形速度达到最大值的时刻相关,与样品主要抗弹机理发生转变的时刻相关。与玻璃/PC结构样品的试验结果相比,PMMA/PC结构样品测点的最大变形速度高、最大静态变形位移大,PMMA/PC结构样品在相同应变下的应变率高,此外,两样品相应测点达到最大变形速度的时间相近。相关测试方法和测试数据对透明复合装甲的研发及防护结构的设计、仿真、性能评估等具有支撑作用。
Based on the ballistic test system and all fiber displacement interferometer system for any reflector(AFDISAR),the deformation velocity,deformation displacement,strain and strain rate of transparent armor samples with polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)/polycarbonate(PC)or glass/PC structures under ballistic penetration were measured.The results show that the damage extend outward with the impact point as the center on the impact morphology and in the effective measurement data range of AFDISAR,the deformation velocity of the sample increases first and then decreases and shows radial decrease along the central measuring point.The overall deformation displacement and the strain of the measuring points show a gradual increase trend.The strain rate increases overall.There are two poles in the strain rate curve of PMMA/PC sample and there are fluctuations in the strain rate curve of glass/PC sample.The time of their occurrence are related to the time when the deformation velocity of the measuring point reaches the maximum value and the time when the main anti ballistic mechanism of the samples changes.Compared with the glass/PC sample under test conditions,the measuring points of the PMMA/PC sample has higher maximum deformation velocity,larger maximum static deformation displacement and higher strain rate under the same strain,besides,the time when the measuring points to reach the maximum deformation velocify of the two sample is similar.This test methods and data can support the research and development of transparent composite armor and the design,simulation and performance evaluation of protective structures.
