摘要
智能制造生产线人才短缺已成为阻碍智能制造转型的重要因素。构建模式新、资源优、师资专、机制全的智能制造生产线社会培训体系,有效培养面向“三位一体”的中高职院校教师、军工企业员工和退役军人、小微企业员工和农民工员工是解决智能制造人才稀缺的主要途径和重要保障。
The shortage of talents in the production of intelligent manufacturing has become a very important factor which hinders the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.Forming an intelligent manufacturing production line with a new model,excellent resource,special teachers,complete mechanism,it is a main route and important guarantee to deal with the problem of the storage of the talents of intelligent manufacturing to effectively cultivate teachers in high vocational colleges,staff in the military enterprises,and the ex-service man,staff of the mini enterprises and the migrant workers.
