兵器类专业校企联合人才培养“三赢”教学模式研究

摘要 校企联合人才培养是目前提高学生创新能力和实践动手能力的有效方式。从目前国内外高校人才培养的现状出发,简要介绍了校企联合人才培养的必要性和意义。针对兵器类专业的特殊性,提出了兵器类专业开展校企联合人才培养的“三赢”模式,详细介绍了有关签订校企联合培养协议、共建研究基地、制订培养方案和教学内容、生产实习和毕业设计过程管理、制订联合培养效果考核方式和管理制度等内容,全面提升兵器类专业人才质量。 School-enterprise joint talent training is an effective way to improve students’innovation ability and practical ability.Starting from the current situation of talent training at home and abroad,the necessity and significance of school-enterprise joint talent training is briefly introduced in this paper.According to the particularity of weapons majors,the“three-win”mode of school-enterprise joint talent training is put forward.It also introduces in detail the issues such as signing the school-enterprise joint training agreement,jointly building the research base,formulating the training scheme and teaching content,managing the process of the production practice and the graduation design,formulating the evaluation method of joint training effect,and formulating the joint training management system,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of weapon professionals.
