摘要
根据OECD发布的2005—2015年TiVA数据,采用RCA指数测度方法,从制造业整体和分行业角度,对包含和去除服务业增加值投入的中国制造业国际竞争力进行比较分析,发现中国制造业的整体国际竞争力较强,但呈现波动中下降趋势。分行业来看,中国劳动密集型制造业竞争力强但在不断下降;资本密集型制造业竞争力弱但在逐渐提升;技术密集型制造业竞争力较强且持续提高。从包含与去除服务业增加值投入的制造业RCA指数值大小比较来看,服务投入增加对各国不同行业制造业国际竞争力的作用结果存在差异,其原因既与服务业发展水平高低有关,也与服务投入与不同行业制造业需求是否匹配有关。依据上述结论,提出了制造业服务化趋势下增强中国制造业国际竞争力的具体对策。
Based on the TiVA data released by OECD from 2005 to 2015,using the RCA index,this paper calculates and compares the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry with as well as without input of service industry added value from the perspective of the whole manufacturing industry and sub-sectors.The results show that the overall international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry is strong while showing a downward trend in fluctuation.By sector,China’s labor-intensive manufacturing sector is highly competitive but declining.Capital-intensive manufacturing is weak but increasingly competitive.The competitiveness of technology-intensive manufacturing is strong and continues to improve.From the perspective of the comparison of the size of the RCA index,there are differences in the effect of the increase in service input on the international competitiveness of different manufacturing industries in different countries.The reason is related to the level of development of the service industry and whether or not the input of service and demand of manufacturing industries match.According to the above conclusions,the paper puts forward concrete countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry under the trend of manufacturing servitization.
