摘要
目的研究探讨对于大隐静脉曲张(GSVV)患者进行静脉腔内激光闭合(EVLA)结合泡沫硬化剂(FS)治疗之后,进行术后多模式康复护理的有效方式以及具体效果,并进行分析。方法选取我院在2020年2月至2022年2月所接收和进行EVLA结合FS治疗的GSVV患者共60例作为本次研究对象,之后将其按照随机法分为两组,每组30例,分别为一般组和试验组。其中一般组主要对其进行常规护理,试验组则在一般组的基础上进行多模式康复护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果经过对比可知,试验组的总有效率、并发症概率、住院时间以及治疗费用明显优于一般组(P<0.05)。结论对于进行EVLA结合FS治疗的GSVV患者,使用术后多模式康复护理可以有效提升患者的治疗效果,在减少并发症的同时,减少住院时间以及治疗费用,有利于患者的全面快速康复。
Objective To explore the effective methods and specific effects of postoperative multi-mode rehabilitation nursing after intravenouscavity laser closure(EVLA)combined with foam ssclerosis(FS)treatment for patients with great saphenous varicose vein(GSVV),and to analyze the specific effects.Methods A total of 60 patients with GSVV who received and received EVLA combined with FS treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.Then they were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group,which were the general group and the experimental group.The general group was mainly given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given multi-mode rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the general group.Then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After comparison,the total effective rate,incidence of complications,length of hospital stay and treatment cost of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion For GSVV patients treated with EVLA combined with FS,the use of postoperative multi-mode rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce complications,and reduce the length of hospital stay and treatment costs,which is conducive to the comprehensive and rapid recovery of patients.
