摘要
目的分析慢性盆腔炎以自拟化瘀散结冲剂+西药治疗的临床疗效。方法研究共选入180例慢性盆腔炎患者,研究起止时间为2020年4月至2022年3月,使用奇偶数方式分组,对照组使用西药左氧氟沙星+甲硝唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合自拟化瘀散结冲剂分组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的证候积分表评分较治疗前显著下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎性因子、疾病相关指标较对照组更优(P<0.05);研究组疾病症状缓解时间短于对照组,药物不良反应反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生存质量治疗前及对照组有显著提高(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论自拟化瘀散结冲剂+西药治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的效果良好,在用药后,患者的疾病症状反应可快速达到有效抑制,生存质量亦明显提高。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made huayu sanjie granules and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected in the study.The study period was from April 2020 to March 2022,and they were divided into odd and even groups.The control group was treated with western medicine levofloxacin+metronidazole,and the study group was combined with self-made huayu sanjie granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The syndrome scores of the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the inflammatory factors and disease-related indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the disease symptoms of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group was significantly improved before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made huayu sanjie granule combined with Western medicine has a good effect in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.After taking the medicine,the patient's disease symptom response can be quickly and effectively suppressed,and the quality of life is also significantly improved.
