摘要
为提高建筑工程施工质量,实现建筑工程的规范化管理,在土建作业的实施环节,需要进行质量方面的管控。本文主要分析了与土建项目质量有关的原因,了解土建作业的质量把控关键点,与此同时,利用PDCA循环原理,实施土建作业的质量管控,对于作业环节的每个技术点,采取对应的质量把控措施,以实现对于土建项目的总体质量把控。最后,结合某实际项目案例,将前文中总结的质量把控措施应用于此项目中,通过实际的论证,此方式的质量把控措施能够在实际项目中确保土建作业的质量成效,对于项目总体的质量把控十分有利。
To improve the quality of building engineering construction,realize the standardization of the construction project management,it is necessary to carry out quality control in the implementation link of civil engineering operation.This paper mainly analyzes the reasons related to the quality of civil engineering project and understands the key points of quality control of civil engineering operation.At the same time,the PDCA cycle principle is used to implement the quality control of civil engineering operation.Take corresponding quality control measures for each technical point of the operation link to realize the overall quality control of the civil engineering project.Finally,combined with an actual project case,the quality control measures summarized in the previous article are applied to the project.Through practical demonstration,the quality control measures in this way can ensure the quality effect of civil work in the actual project,which is very beneficial to the overall quality control of the project.
