摘要
目的探究精细化优质护理对行血液透析患者心理状态及不良事件发生率的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年10月在陆军第七十三集团军医院血液透析室行血液透析的126例尿毒症患者作为本研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有研究对象分为2组,每组63例。对照组采用传统血液透析护理,观察组在传统血液透析护理的基础上增加精细化优质护理。对比2组的心理状态、不良事件发生情况、舒适度及依从性。结果护理2周后,2组的广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分和9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)评分均较护理前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组的GAD-7评分与PHQ-9评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组的维持性血液透析患者舒适量表各项评分、饮食依从行为量表(RABQ)各维度评分均较护理前升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(17.46%,P<0.05)。结论精细化优质护理可有效改善行血液透析患者的心理状态,减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的舒适度和依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of refined and high-quality nursing on the psychological state and incidence of adverse events of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 126 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis in the 73rd Army Hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected.All subjects were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 63 subjects in each group.The control group adopted traditional hemodialysis nursing,and the observation group adopted refined and high-quality nursing on the basis of traditional hemodialysis nursing.The psychological state,incidence of adverse events,comfort,and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of 7-Item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)and 9-Item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)in both groups were lower than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The dimension scores of the comfort scale and the dimension scores of the Renal Adherence Behavior Questionnaire(RABQ)in both groups were higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05).The scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(17.46%,P<0.05).Conclusion Refined and high-quality nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of hemodialysis patients,reduce the adverse events,and improve the comfort and compliance.
