摘要
钢铁行业是我国碳排放量最高的制造行业,其碳排放量占全球钢铁碳排放总量的60%以上,占全国碳排放总量的15%左右。钢铁行业的碳达峰碳中和将对所有工业行业具有重要示范意义。结合钢铁企业在碳达峰碳中和管理工作中存在的工作机制不完善、专业人员不足、统计核算体系不成熟、发展路径不清晰等问题,提出一系列工作建议。
The iron and steel industry is the manufacturing industry with the highest carbon emissions in China,accounting for more than 60 % of the total global carbon emissions from iron and steel and about 15 % of the total national carbon emissions. The carbon neutralization of the steel industry will be an important demonstration for all industrial sectors. Combining the problems of imperfect working mechanism,insufficient professional staff,immature statistical accounting system and unclear development path in the management of carbon peaking and carbon neutral in iron and steel enterprises,a series of work suggestions are put forward.
