摘要
现有施工信息采集方法的应用步骤过多、信息传感复杂程度高,导致工作量较大,采集时间耗时较长,采集能耗大,为解决这一问题,提出一种结合BIM技术的装配式建筑施工过程信息采集新方法。采用BIM技术进行数据集成,设计施工过程信息获取流程;根据施工过程中的质量影响因素,构建信息采集指标集;应用RFID技术获取施工现场各工序位置的信息,建立施工动态信息库;基于BIM技术中的信息采集传感器技术搭建信息采集树,采用层次聚类法按信息特征分组,采集装配式建筑施工过程信息。结果表明:设计方法的信息采集耗时小于15 min,总体能耗平均为23 J,提高了采集效率,降低了采集能耗。
The existing construction information acquisition methods have too many application steps and high complexity of information sensing, resulting in large workload, long acquisition time and high acquisition energy consumption.In order to solve this problem, a new information acquisition method of prefabricated building construction process combined with BIM Technology is proposed.Adopt BIM Technology for data integration and design the information acquisition process of construction process;According to the quality influencing factors in the construction process, the information collection index set is constructed;RFID technology is applied to obtain the information of each process location on the construction site and establish the construction dynamic information database;Based on the information acquisition sensor technology in BIM Technology, the information acquisition tree is built, and the hierarchical clustering method is used to group according to the information characteristics to collect the information of the construction process of prefabricated buildings.The results show that the information collection time of the design method is less than 15 min, and the average overall energy consumption is 23 J,which improves the collection efficiency and reduces the collection energy consumption.
