摘要
从数字基础设施、数字发展软环境、数字产业化、产业数字化、治理数字化五个方面构建福建省数字经济发展评价指标体系,综合应用基于灰关联度的改进G1法等方法对2021年福建省数字经济发展水平进行评价。研究结果表明:福州和厦门数字经济发展水平位居前两位,属于领跑者队列;泉州和莆田位居第三、四名,属于加速者队列;龙岩、南平、漳州、宁德、三明属于起步者队列。福建各设区市数字产业化发展最不均衡,治理数字化发展最均衡。数字经济发展指数与产业数字化的相关程度最高,与数字基础设施的相关程度最低。福州、厦门、泉州在一级指标的得分均排在前列,莆田在数字发展软环境和数字产业化方面仍有较大提升空间。
The evaluation index system of digital economy development in Fujian province is constructed from five aspects:digital infrastructure,soft environment for digital development,digital industrialization,industry digitalization and governance digitalization.The improved G1 method based on grey correlation degree is applied to evaluate the level of digital economy development in Fujian Province in 2021.The results show that Fuzhou and Xiamen rank as the top two cities in terms of digital economic development,in the leading position;Quanzhou and Putian are in the third and the fourth place,in the accelerated development stage;Longyan,Nanping,Zhangzhou,Ningde and Sanming are in the starting stage.The industrialization development of digital industry in Fujian is the most unbalanced,and the development of governance digitalization is the most balanced.The digital economy development index has the highest correlation with industrial digitization and the lowest correlation with digital infrastructure.Fuzhou,Xiamen and Quanzhou rank as the top three in the scores of the first-level indicators,and Putian still has much room for improvement in the soft environment for digital development and digital industrialization.
